We found a location!
It's on the main highway just outside of downtown and about a mile from our house.
But, lawdy does it need work.
The short list of necessities are:
Exterior paint
Interior paint
Landscaping
Plumbing
Electrical
Flooring
BUG CONTROL.
It doesn't sound too bad, and I'll post pictures to show you that until you see it...you will not know how bad it really is!
